While using the services of Food Service Prep, users may be asked to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify the user.

To manage user requests: To attend and manage user requests to Food Service Prep.

With Service Providers: Food Service Prep may share user personal information with service providers to monitor and analyze the use of Food Service Prep services, for payment processing, to contact users.

Name of requester
Reason for request of verification
Name of certificate holder for which information is being requested
Confirmation for the release of information from the certificate holder

The security of user personal data is important to Food Service Prep, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While Food Service Prep’s strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect user personal data, Food Service Prep cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Payments
Food Service Prep will not store or collect user payment card details. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
