Fees, Cancellation, and Refunds Policy

Purpose

This policy serves to explain how fees, cancellations, and refunds will be handled by Food Service Prep.

Scope

This policy document encompasses all aspects of fees, cancellations, and refunds.

Fees

Each program has a set cost, which is the total amount the customer will be required to pay to complete the program. There will be no additional fees incurred with any purchase.

Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel their purchase before the program is complete and request a full refund. Requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. No cancellation requests will be fulfilled after 60 days. Cancellation requests may be made by phone by calling the Food Service Prep phone line at 1-800-712-1707 or by emailing info@FoodServicePrep.com.

Refunds

If a customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase for any reason, they may return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for up to 60 days, provided they did not complete the program. Certificate Purchases

For purchases of a printed copy of a certificate to be mailed, requests to cancel shipment must be made within 24 hours. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If an item is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up to date.
